The most important relationship you'll ever have is the one with yourself.
In a single weekend, gain the tools and self-awareness that would take months of therapy to build.
Keeping the Love You Find:
An Imago Workshop for Individuals with Sarah Deering
Keeping the Love You Find is an Imago workshop designed for individuals whether you're single, separated, married, or somewhere in between. It's built on a powerful premise: that the patterns showing up in your relationships didn't start there. They started with you. And that's not a criticism, it's your greatest opportunity.
Over the course of a weekend, you'll explore why you choose the partners you do, what missing parts of yourself you've been asking others to carry, and how old adaptive strategies might be shaping the way you show up in relationships now.
This isn't about blame. It's about insight. You'll leave with a personal growth plan, practical tools for every relationship in your life, and a clarity about yourself that changes everything.
This workshop is for you if you are...
Whatever stage you're at, this workshop meets you there.
What happens across the weekend
The workshop is experiential and reflective - a combination of guided exercises, personal reflection, and group dialogue practice. You'll work at your own pace in a safe, supportive environment, surrounded by others on a similar journey.
You'll gain awareness of what you look for in a partner and why. You'll examine what it's like for others to be in relationship with you. You'll uncover the patterns that may be quietly sabotaging your potential for connection and you'll begin to replace them with something better.
Most importantly, you'll practise the skill of Imago Dialogue, a tool that will help you in every relationship, for the rest of your life.
Every participant receives a comprehensive workbook to support the experience and your continued growth beyond the weekend.
Day format:
Each day runs from 9am to 5.30pm with morning tea, a lunch break, and afternoon tea. Morning and afternoon tea are provided - lunch is self-catered, with cafes nearby.
